The nursery has put in an appeal against this inspection/inspector  as we feel it was not a balanced inspection and we have asked for another inspection to take place .
The owner of the nursery has been in the industry for 33 years and is passionate about the care of the children and the families in the community and if the nursery operated as stated in the report she would close the nursery with immediate effect. Please feel free to contact the nursery if you have any questions with regards to any of this .

What a load of unconscionable rubbish!

Tell them if they’d like to speak to any parents then they’re more than welcome to contact Josey and me.

I feel furious seeing the impact it’s had on you personally and could indeed have on your business.

We’ve been so happy with the way you have cared for our boys. They LOVE the nursery, they LOVE the staff and they have ALWAYS been happy and excited to come in. They’re both engaged with life and happy, and it’s not just down to us as parents. You and the team have raised them with us.

YOU personally know the character of our boys. YOU personally work hard there and are part of the team (other managers we met when we were choosing in 2018 were literally at the nurseries to collect money!)

You and the team are AMAZING. You and the team make that place what it is. It’s been an unbelievable 3 years and someone who’s observing the place for a fraction of a day doesn’t change what we (the customers) think of you all and what you do.

Please keep you chin up.



We just wanted to pass on our support to you for taking on ofsted and challenging their ridiculous rating. I can imagine how difficult this must be for you.

You and your team do such a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the care and love you have shown .

Looking at the report I'm not sure its worth the paper its written on. Ofsted don't really have much credibility at the moment. For a nursery to go from Outstanding to requires improvement either means there has been a big drop in the standard or the assessment method is dubious.

Please be assured you have my full support. My judgement is that .....is happy and intelligent and the nursey has clearly had a big part to play in this.
